Film festival pays tribute to director Miloš Forman in his home town

Friday evening will see the launch of film festival Formanova Čáslav, which will pay tribute to famous Czech director Miloš Forman who was born in the city 90 years ago. The festival will kick off with a performance by the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, followed by a screening of Forman's 1984 film Amadeus.

Aside from screening Forman’s movies, the festival will also include concerts, exhibitions, lectures and film workshops. It will run from Friday to Sunday, May 22.
