Monday Covid tally about 50 percent down on week earlier
Some 865 new cases of Covid-19 were registered in the Czech Republic on Monday, a fall of around 50 percent on the same day a week earlier. The number of tests conducted also fell markedly.
The seven-day case incidence rate is also declining and on Tuesday stood at 52 per 100,000 of the population. There were 372 patients in Czech hospitals with the coronavirus.
