Ex-PM Babiš cancels programme over hospital tests

Former prime minister Andrej Babiš has been hospitalised in Prague. Mr. Babiš, who is 67, told the radio station Frekvence 1 that he was undergoing a series tests, including X-rays, at the hospital IKEM in a bid to find out what was wrong with him, without giving any further details. He said he had not undergone any kind of surgery.

The billionaire leader of the strongest opposition party, ANO, said he had cancelled all his engagements until at least the middle of next week.
