Covid cases dropping for five days in succession
The daily number of new Covid-19 cases in the Czech Republic have been dropping for five days in a row, suggest the Health Ministry data. On Saturday, laboratories registered 10,953 new cases of Covid-19, around 13,000 fewer than on the same day a week ago. Some 1,816 people were re-infected with the virus.
The incidence number has also dropped to 1,506 case per 100,000 inhabitants. There are currently 3,484 people hospitalized, with 238 of them in serious condition.
