Czech National Football Team reaches highest FIFA ranking since 2016
The Czech National Football Team, which managed to reach the quarterfinals of this year’s European Football Championship, has been moved up from 40th to 31st place in the FIFA/Coca-Cola Men's World Ranking. This is the highest that the Czech team has been ranked since 2016, when it occupied 29th place.
EURO 2021 champions Italy moved up two spots to fifth position. Meanwhile, Copa América winners Argentina moved up to sixth place. Runners-up Brazil also rose in the rankings to overall second place.
