Problematic telecommunications

Likewise, there have been serious problems in telecommunications. The dominant Czech telecommunications operator, Czech Telecom has had to disconnect tens of thousands of phone lines in the flood-affected areas. The limited fixed-line service forced people to use mobile telephones, which in many places led to overload on all three mobile networks.
