NHL: Dostál makes 32 saves as Anaheim win, Palát assists Islanders victory

Czech goaltender Lukáš Dostál stopped 32 shots and denied two attempts in the shootout to lead the Anaheim Ducks to a 3–2 win over Calgary. With a 94.1 save percentage, he was named the game’s third star and secured his third straight victory since the Olympic break. Forward Ondřej Palát contributed an assist as the New York Islanders edged Florida 5–4. Palát set up defenceman Matthew Schaefer midway through the third period, helping the Islanders extend their own winning streak to three games.
