Monthly siren test to go off on Wednesday after three-month break

The regular test of public emergency sirens in the Czech Republic will take place on Wednesday after a three-month break, the country’s fire service announced on Tuesday,

The alarms, which usually go off at noon on the first Wednesday of every month, remained silent for the past three months to prevent panic among the public and out of respect for the Ukrainian citizens who have sought refuge in this country.
