Israeli airline offers 44 million euros for Smartwings

The Israeli airline Israir offered 44 million euros for Czech budget airline Smartwings, the Czech News Agency reported on Friday. Czech Airlines, the flag carrier of the Czech Republic, has been a subsidiary of the Smartwings group since 2018. The Czech News Agency said it is investigating the reaction of Smartwings.
