Health minister: No privileges for people vaccinated abroad

The privileges afforded to Czechs fully vaccinated against Covid-19, such as an easing of travel restrictions and entry to sports and cultural events, will not apply to those who were vaccinated abroad, Czech Health Minister Petr Arenberger told journalists.

The health minister said this was because the Czech authorities had no way of verifying the authenticity of the vaccination certificates from abroad. It is not clear how many people travelled abroad for a Covid vaccine.
