As every Wednesday it is time for a bit of history and this time we look back at Elisabeth of Bavaria, the Empress of Austro-Hungary, also known as Sissi. Her life was hard and full of sadness but still she was a great humanitarian. Unfortunately she found her end early in Geneva, Switzerland in 1898.
