Energo-Pro completes CZK 12.8bn hydroelectric plant in Turkey

Energo-Pro has finished construction on a $600 million (CZK 12.8 billion) hydroelectric power plant in Turkey, the largest in that country and the biggest Czech investment in the sector since 1989.

The company’s 280 MW Alpaslan 2 hydropower plant on the Murat River covers a water area of 55 square kilometres. Energo-Pro financed construction mainly from its own resources.
