Defence Minister Černochová honours war victims in Ukraine

The Minister of Defence, Jana Černochová, visited Ukraine with a delegation and honoured the memory of Czech and Ukrainian soldiers, the ministry announced in a press release on Saturday.

During her three-day trip, Mrs. Černochová honoured the memory of Czechoslovak legionnaires and soldiers from WWII, and also paid tribute to soldiers from Czech lands who fought in the ranks of the Austro-Hungarian army. She also commemorated the Ukrainian soldiers who were killed in the war against Russia.
