Czechs draw with Wales in soccer friendly

The Czech Republic’s footballers drew 1:1 with Wales in a friendly game in Cardiff on Tuesday night. The Czechs opened the scoring through midfielder Tomáš Souček just after the half-hour mark, but the hosts drew level just minutes later.

The game came just days after the Czech Republic were beaten by Sweden in the semi-finals of the playoffs for this year’s World Cup in Qatar.
