Czechia set to witness total lunar eclipse for first time in six years

On Sunday, Czechia will witness a total lunar eclipse for the first time in six years; the next one will be visible in December 2028. The last time the phenomenon could be seen was in January 2019. It will be visible after 8:00 PM, appearing as a brick-red full moon above the eastern horizon. The weather is expected to be favorable, with clear skies over most of the country. Many observatories are inviting people to come and watch the eclipse.
