Czechia condemns violence against Georgian opposition and protesters

Thousands in Tbilisi are protesting the ruling Georgian Dream party's decision to suspend EU accession talks until 2028. The ministry criticized recent anti-democratic actions by Georgian Dream, urging the government to respect citizens' rights and adopt reforms aligned with European values. "Czechia stands with Georgian citizens and will continue to support civil society, independent media, and their democratic and European ambitions," the statement read.
