Covid-19 vaccination: some 182,000 Czechs received two doses
A total of over 667,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccines have so far been delivered to the Czech Republic, according to Ministry of Health data.
Around three quarters of the vaccines have already been administered to Czech citizens, with 182,000 people having received the necessary two doses.
According to a survey carried out by the polling agency STEM, some 52 percent of Czechs currently want to be vaccinated. That is an increase by 13 percent compared to December.
Within joint EU purchases, the Czech Republic has ordered a total of around 12 million doses of vaccine from Pfizer / Biontech, and another nine million from other companies, including AstraZeneca and Moderna.
