Constitutional Court head warns in Terezín memorial speech of dwindling solidarity, humanity
Constitutional Court chairman Pavel Rychetský warned in his speech at a memorial event in Terezín, the site of a wartime Jewish Ghetto and Nazi concentration camp, that solidarity with refugees is dwindling and could disappear.
Hundreds of people attended the memorial event, at which Rychetský spoke of refugees washing up on European beaches as a current example of the collective failure of humanity to act.
