Babiš: Up to 5,000 at outdoor arts events from next month

The number of people permitted at outdoor arts events in the Czech Republic should rise to 5,000 from the start of July, Prime Minister Andrej Babiš said in a weekly video address posted on social media. The number allowed at indoor culture events will rise to 2,000, under certain conditions aimed at curbing the spread of Covid-19.

At present 2,000 people may attend open air events while the limit for indoor ones is 1,000. Inside venues may not be more than half full.
