28 groups register for October elections

A total of 28 groups have registered for this year's parliamentary elections, according to available information. That's six more than in the previous elections four years ago, when 22 parties, movements, or their coalitions submitted candidate lists. This is based on findings by ČTK from regional offices and the Prague City Hall. The nomination deadline expired on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m., and the election will take place on October 3 and 4.
