What future for CSSD/ODS pact after election pact?
Analysts are slowly sifting through the results of Sunday's Senate elections, and they certainly make interesting reading. There were 27 seats up for grabs. The coalition of four right-of-centre opposition parties snapped up 17 of them, Vaclav Klaus's senior opposition Civic Democrats, who keep the fragile Social Democrat government in power, won just eight, while the Social Democrats themselves came away with just one.
