Partly clear at first, with occasional fog or low cloud. In the north and northeast, and gradually elsewhere, becoming mostly cloudy to overcast. Initially only isolated rain or drizzle, later in the afternoon and evening rain or drizzle in many areas. In the northeast, above 1200 m, precipitation may be mixed or snow. Highest daytime temperatures between 11 °C and 15 °C.
