Vojtěch: Not fully vaccinated must undergo test on return from abroad
Czechs will be obliged to undergo a test for the coronavirus when they return from other countries if they are not fully vaccinated, the minister of health, Adam Vojtěch, announced on Thursday. The move comes in response to a recent worsening in Covid numbers in the Czech Republic and fears of the spread of the more infectious Delta variant.
People who have recovered from Covid-19 within 180 days will also not be required to have a test when they come back from abroad.
Employers may not allow staff to return after a foreign trip if they do not produce a negative test.
