US and Netherlands to jointly pay for renovation of 90 Czech T-72 tanks for Ukraine

The United States and the Netherlands will jointly pay for the modernisation of 90 Czech T-72 tanks for the Ukrainian army, the Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh announced on Friday. The Dutch Ministry of Defense said that it will spend 45 million euros on the renovation. Some of the modernized Czech tanks will arrive in Ukraine before the end of this year.
