UEFA gives Slavia Prague's Kúdela 10 match ban for insult during Rangers game
The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has given Slavia Prague centre-back Ondřej Kúdela a 10 match suspension for alleged racist behaviour against Glasgow Rangers’ Glen Kamara during a Europa League match in Glasgow last month. The ban means that Kúdela will also miss the UEFA Euro championship this summer.
Glen Kamara received a three match ban for attacking the Czech defender after the match, while Glasgow’s Kemar Roofe gat a four match ban for his foul on Slavia goalkeeper Ondřej Kolář.
According to news site Seznam Zprávy, Kúdela will appeal the decision.
