Twenty-three athletes to represent Czechia at World Championships in Budapest

Altogether 23 athletes from Czechia have qualified for the World Championships in Budapest scheduled to take place from August 19 to 27. Ten men and thirteen women are in the nomination list published on Monday by the Czech Athletics Federation.

The top medal contenders include javelin thrower Jakub Vadlejch, shot putter Tomáš Staněk, pole vaulter Amálie Švábíková and runners Kristiina Mäki and Nikoleta Jíchová.
