Tuesday sees highest non-working day Covid cases since May

Some 470 fresh Covid cases were confirmed in the Czech Republic on Tuesday. This was lower than in previous days and reflects the fact that it was a state holiday, when, like weekends, fewer tests are conducted. The last time a figure so high was registered on a non-working day was in mid-May.

The reproduction number fell slightly to 1.10.
