Travel agencies: Placing Montenegro on high-risk travel list will impact hundreds of Czechs
The placement of Montenegro on the list of states with a high-risk of coronavirus by the ministry of health will impact hundreds of Czechs, Jan Papež, the deputy head of the Association of Travel Agencies told the Czech News Agency on Saturday. However, travel to the country, which will now require Czechs to undergo a COVID-19 test or quarantine themselves for two weeks after they return, will still be offered by travel agencies, he said.
Mr Papež said he was surprised by the move to place Montenegro on the high-risk list, because Montenegro is considered a safe travel destination. He expects the placement of Serbia on the list will have less of an impact, as it is not such a popular summer travel destination.
