Traffic in Prague 12 disrupted by tram collision
A Prague tram driver was seriously injured in a collision of two trams in Prague early on Thursday morning. The accident occurred at around 7am at the Modřanská rokle tram stop in Prague 12. One of the drivers was taken to hospital in critical condition and is reported to be in an induced coma. A total of 10 people were travelling in the trams at the time of the crash. One of the passengers reportedly suffered a back injury. Lines 3, 17, 21 and 27 have had their routes shortened due to the accident. The transport company has deployed replacement buses between Branik and Libuše.
