Third Covid increase this week, but number of hospitalized dropping

The Czech Republic registered 8,238 cases of Covid-19 on Thursday, 164 more than on the same day a week ago. It is the third increase this week, despite the fact that the number of tests have been dropping. Statistics also show 1,545 reinfections. The number of people hospitalized with Covid has been dropping, down by twelve this week, and fewer people require intensive care. The incidence number for the Czech Republic is around 500 per 100,000 people. The reproduction number is still below the 1 point mark, but only just at 0.95.
