Tennis: Kvitová, Vondroušová exit Miami Open

The last two Czech tennis players competing in the Miami Open were defeated on the court on Monday and will not advance to the quarterfinals in Florida.

Petra Kvitová lost a hard-fought match lasting nearly two and a half hours to the Ukrainian Elina Svitolinová (6:2, 5:7, 5:7). Markéta Vondroušová lost to the Belarusian Aryna Sabalenková (1:6, 2:6).
