Teething problems being resolved in newly-launched digital system for construction permits

The Ministry of Regional Development is addressing the teething problems that plagued the recently-launched digital system for construction permits. Shortly after Monday's launch a technical error in the system prevented users from filing and editing building permit applications for several hours. A spokesman for the ministry said some offices are still reporting problems, but the system's functions have significantly improved compared to Monday. Some of the difficulties may have been caused by overload.
