This summer in Czechia, with an average temperature of 17.9°C, was significantly cooler than last year’s, when the average reached 19.3°C. However, temperature-wise, it did not deviate from the long-term norm and ranked between 13th and 15th place in the time series since 1961. Of the three summer months, June was the warmest. There were 35 tropical days this summer with temperatures of 30°C or higher, while in the years 2022 to 2024, meteorologists recorded more than 40 such hot days.
