Spring 2021 coolest in decades in Czech Republic

This year’s spring was the coolest in the Czech Republic since 1987 and the sixth coolest in this part of the world since the early 1960s, according to data from the Czech Hydro-Meteorological Institute.

The average temperature in the spring between March 1 and May 31 was 6.2 degrees Celsius. That was 1.7 degrees below the norm, the forecasters said.
