Snow and ice warning for coming days

Meteorologists have issued a snow and ice warning for the coming days. They predict snow showers in many parts of the country on Saturday and icy roads on Sunday morning. The sudden cold front comes in the wake of unseasonably warm temperatures which reached 25 degrees in places on Wednesday and Thursday. Many drivers have already switched to summer tires. Doctors warn that the steep slide in temperatures may also negatively affect the health of elderly people and those with chronic illnesses.
