Slovenia's wine makers see some benefit in EU reform

The debate over reforming Europe's wine industry hotted up this week with France describing European Commission proposals to uproot vineyards as "madness". The EU wants to cut over-production and concentrate on quality in order to compete with imports from new-world countries like the US and Australia. While the big producing countries like France and Spain are hopping mad about the commissions reform plan, smaller ones like Slovenia can see some benefits.
