Slavia Prague punished over fans’ behaviour during Feyernoord tie

Slavia Prague have been punished by European football’s governing body UEFA over their fans’ behavior at a recent game against Dutch side Feyernoord. During the match in mid-April Slavia fans used pyrotechnics, threw objects onto the pitch and blocked passageways.

The part of the Eden stadium where the club’s hardcore fans usually congregate will be closed for Slavia’s next European game, while the club has also been fined EUR 15,000 by UEFA’s Disciplinary Committee.
