Site supporting Ukraine wins annual media award

The website Zbraneproukrajinu.cz (weaponsforukraine) won the Crystal Magnifying Glass at the annual awards organised by media website Lupa.cz in Prague on Thursday night. Personality of the Year in the 17th edition of the survey went to the founder of the startup Shipmonk, Jan Bednář.

Opravdové zločiny (True Crimes) took prizes in both the Podcast of the Year and Popularity sections.

Some categories were voted on by the public while others were selected by experts.
