Shirin Ebadi and Eamon Gilmore to speak at this year’s Forum 2000 conference

Iranian lawyer and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Shirin Ebadi and the European Union Special Representative for Human Rights Eamon Gilmore will be among the speakers at this year’s Forum 2000 conference in Prague, organizers announced on Tuesday.

The main theme of the 24th edition of Forum 2000 is "A New World Emerging? Restoring Responsibility and Solidarity" and will discuss ways of addressing the growing global challenges in a rapidly transforming world.
