Retail sales in Czechia continue to decline year-on-year
Retail sales in the Czech Republic fell by 5.6 percent year-on-year in September, the fifth month in a row that there was a year-on-year decrease. However, the drop was less severe than the decline in August of 8.1 percent.
According to information published by the Czech Statistical Office on its website on Tuesday, all types of stores, with the exception of pharmaceutical and healthcare stores, earned less money in September compared to the same month last year.
