Quarantine after risk contact scrapped as of February 19

Starting February 19, isolation period for people who test positive for Covid-19 will be extended to seven days from the current five, the Czech News Agency reported on Saturday, citing methodological instruction of the country’s chief hygienist.

No quarantine will be mandatory after risky contact. According to the Health Ministry’s spokesman, it is another step in the easing of coronavirus restrictions.
