President Pavel on two-day visit to Slovenia

Czech President Petr Pavel on Monday starts a two-day working visit to Slovenia focused on EU affairs, international issues, and bilateral relations. Mr. Pavel will hold talks with Slovenian President Pirc Musar, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, and EU Commissioner for Equality Hadja Lahbib. He will be a keynote speaker at the 20th Bled Strategic Forum, appearing on a presidential panel with President Pirc Musar, Estonian President Alar Karis, and Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović. The forum offers opportunities for talks with Western Balkan leaders on the sidelines of the event, the president's office said. Czechia has long supported the integration of the Western Balkan states into the EU in the interest of increasing stability in the region.
