President has trust of majority of Czechs

Confidence in the president has risen significantly since Petr Pavel has taken office, according to a survey by the Public Opinion Research Centre (CVVM). The majority of Czechs now once again trust the head of state, with almost 60 percent of the population saying they have confidence in the president, compared to less than 40 percent when Miloš Zeman was in office.
