Prague Castle hosts microbrewery festival this weekend

Prague Castle is hosting a two-day festival of microbreweries on Friday and Saturday, in the Royal Gardens. Some 50 breweries, most of them Czech, will each present two products there.

The number of domestic microbreweries, which make less than 10,000 hectolitres per year, has been steadily increasing in recent years and currently stands at around 480.

This is the 9th edition of the microbrewery festival organised by the Czech-Moravian Federation of Microbreweries.
