Power utilities privatised

The big story this week - the privatisation of the Czech power utilities Transgas and Unipetrol. Transgas was bought by the German company RWE for 133 billion crowns the biggest single amount in the history of the privatisation process. Unipetrol was sold to the Czech company Agrofert. A decision on the sale of the CEZ electricity company has been put back until January.
