Polling stations open for second day of elections into the Chamber of Deputies in Czechia

Polling stations for the elections into the Chamber of Deputies reopened on Saturday at 8am for the second day across the Czech Republic. The result of the election will determine the next government of the Czech Republic. A total of 22 parties, movements and coalitions are running in this year’s elections into the lower-house of Parliament.

More than 15,000 polling stations across the country opened until 2pm this Saturday. This is the last day in which voters have a chance to vote in the two-day elections which started on Friday.

Aside from the elections, local referendums are also being held in more than twenty cities and districts across the Czech Republic this Friday and Saturday. These are mainly concerned with local construction projects.
