Poll: Most Two-thirds of voters opposed to Babiš running for president

Two-thirds of Czechs voters feel that outgoing Prime Minister Andrej Babiš of ANO should not run for the post of president in future, suggests a new poll conducted for Czech Radio station Radiožurnál published on Sunday.

Opposition toward Mr. Babiš standing for the position of head of state is highest among the under 29s, people with third level education and residents of cities.

One-quarter of respondents in the Median survey said they would like the ANO chief to run for president.
