Poll: ANO leads with 30.9 percent, STAN climbs to third ahead of SPD

The opposition ANO party would win 30.9 percent of the vote if elections were held now, according to a new survey conducted by STEM for CNN Prima News. The Spolu coalition trails in second with 19.5 percent. Both have slipped slightly since last week.

The biggest gains came from the Mayors and Independents (STAN), rising 2.2 points to 12.2 percent and moving into third place ahead of SPD (Freedom and Direct Democracy party), which dropped to 12 percent.

The Pirates fell to 9.3 percent, though still near their best results this year. The Stačilo! movement edged up to 7.7 percent, while Motorists (5.7 percent) stayed above the five-percent threshold needed for seats in parliament for the fourth week in a row.
