Polish President Nawrocki to pay state visit to Czechia on Monday

Polish President Karol Nawrocki will pay a one-day visit to Czechia on Monday, his first since taking office. He will be received with state honours at Prague Castle by President Petr Pavel. His talks with the Czech head of state are expected to  focus on Russia’s war against Ukraine, bilateral relations and cooperation within the European Union and NATO.

According to earlier reports from the Polish Press Agency (PAP), Nawrocki will also meet ANO leader and likely next prime minister Andrej Babiš and deliver a lecture at Charles University, where he will speak on issues relating to Central Europe.
