Police will not change approach to security at events after attack on Babiš

The police will not change their approach to security measures at pre-election meetings following the attack on the chairman of the ANO movement, Andrej Babiš, at a meeting in Dobrá in the Frýdek-Místek district. The approach is effective, as demonstrated by the immediate detention of the man who attacked Babiš, police presidium spokesperson Ondřej Moravčík told ČTK upon inquiry. According to him, each measure is individual and is set according to information on the number of participants. The spokesperson also pointed out that the responsibility for security at gatherings lies with the organizer.
